The Barista role at Marina Heights Starbucks is a dynamic and customer-focused position that involves creating and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, along with related food and beverages. As a Barista, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the standards of service that Eurest is renowned for. The position requires experience with Starbucks, reflecting the need for familiarity with specific brand standards and preparation methods. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility between full-time and part-time hours available to suit a range of candidates.

This role not only demands technical skills in beverage preparation but also excellent interpersonal abilities to interact warmly and courteously with customers and team members. You will handle cash and charge payments through POS systems, ensure cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with HACCP food safety guidelines, and maintain the appearance and quality of service areas. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will relay customer concerns to supervisors and help promote the menu items by explaining them accurately.

In addition to serving customers efficiently to prevent delays, the Barista is responsible for maintaining proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, ensuring customers receive the highest quality experience.
