Job Requirements
- Starbucks experience required
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS technology
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Must comply with drug-free workplace policy
- Must be eligible to work in the location
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Makes and serves coffee and espresso drinks
- Handles food according to HACCP guidelines
- Interacts with customers and employees courteously
- Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS and handles payments
- Maintains cleanliness of service area and equipment
- Greets customers and relays concerns to supervisors
- Serves customers quickly to prevent delays
- Explains menu items accurately
- Ensures proper food presentation and portion control
