Job Requirements
- Previous two years of barista experience required
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with varying days
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and quality food-service standards
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS devices
- Must be able to comply with company sanitation and safety policies
- Willingness to engage courteously with customers and coworkers
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders following standard recipes and measures
- Enter customer orders accurately into POS systems and process payments
- Replenish condiment and beverage supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Ensure proper food preparation and presentation following HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and workstations
- Greet customers courteously and provide excellent service
- Promote sales through effective communication and product knowledge
