We are currently hiring full-time Baristas at the North Las Vegas Campus located at 3200 East Cheyenne Avenue. These positions operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a consistent schedule ideal for work-life balance. The pay range is competitive, offering between $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, reflecting the significance of the role within the campus dining services team. As a Barista with Compass Group at CSN, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items while adhering strictly to health and safety standards including the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines. Alongside crafting beverages, you will engage directly with customers, providing friendly service and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. The role requires accuracy in taking orders and handling payment transactions using a point of sale system. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring proper food presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures to guarantee quality.
