Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays in serving lines
