Bon Appetit offers employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes retirement plans, associate shopping programs, health and wellness initiatives, and various voluntary insurance options like critical illness and accident coverage. Full-time employees additionally enjoy medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts. Paid and unpaid time off benefits may apply depending on federal, state, and local regulations.

As an equal opportunity employer, Compass Group and Bon Appetit uphold policies that foster fairness, diversity, and inclusion. They ensure all applicants and associates receive equitable treatment, emphasizing performance and qualifications while complying with applicable legal frameworks.
