We are currently seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our campus team as Baristas, with immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and have a passion for beverage preparation and service. Baristas at the Racquet Club Dining Center are responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso drinks while maintaining the highest food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, enabling a work-life balance that suits various lifestyles and preferences.

The pay range for Barista positions is between $14.00 and $20.00 per hour, reflective of experience and performance. Applicants must have prior barista experience preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic individuals willing to learn. The role encompasses preparing and serving coffee and related beverages, handling food safely, and interacting with customers and coworkers in a courteous and efficient manner.
