Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service
- prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks for front of house and/or Drive Through Window guests
- support bakers and other team members as needed
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area
- follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- help open or close the store properly and securely
- perform basic inventory counts and restocking tasks
- run the register and handle food orders
- assist with food prep such as whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, prepping bagels
- package and disperse orders for in-store customers and mobile pickup orders via the JBR app, DoorDash, and Uber Eats
