The role of a Barista at Starbucks Reserve® Experience Bar is central to bringing the Starbucks Reserve® promise to life. Baristas serve as ambassadors of the Starbucks Reserve® brand, demonstrating expert knowledge across an extensive variety of brewing methods such as Pour Over, Chemex, Coffee Press, Siphon, Espresso, and Clover Brewing system, among others. The barista creates not just beverages but memorable moments for guests, facilitating an environment conducive to community, connection, and comfort. Responsibilities include delivering an innovative food and beverage experience, maintaining operational excellence, adhering to health and safety standards, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
