The Barista role at Better Buzz is designed for individuals who are energetic, hospitable, and passionate about coffee and customer service. Compensation for this role includes a base pay of $15.15 per hour, with additional tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s recognition of excellent service and customer appreciation.
