Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible part-time evening and weekend shifts
- willingness to learn and maintain product knowledge
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and listening skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various situations
- strong attention to detail and passion for product quality
- previous experience as a Barista is a plus but not required
- ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with customers to serve quality beverages and products
- exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
- be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials and preparation specifications
- promote and recommend menu options to customers
- maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- process all payment methods accurately and efficiently
- maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
