We are currently seeking an experienced barista to join our small, energetic team on a part-time, seasonal basis. This role is perfect for someone who not only has barista experience but also takes pride in their personal appearance and presentation, enjoys creating connections with guests through natural friendliness and engaging conversation, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic about stepping up to support their colleagues whenever needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and strictly following established drink recipes and standards. Weekend availability is a must, as weekends are our busiest times.

Our baristas start at a pay rate of $11 per hour, supplemented by strong tips that can bring the total hourly pay to between $14.75 and $17.
