Job Qualifications
- Prior barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred
- experience operating POS systems
- strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a cafe or retail environment
- ability to perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- familiarity with the food industrys best practices for serving, food preparation, and retail math
