Job Requirements
- full availability Monday through Friday
- food handler's certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- prior caf or coffee shop experience preferred
- cash handling experience
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- greet guests and take orders accurately at the counter and POS
- prepare hot and cold coffee and espresso beverages to Caf Olivia standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and counter at all times
- handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
- support the team during high-volume rushes without sacrificing quality or hospitality
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- restock, rotate product, and assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
