We are currently seeking a Part-Time Barista and Hemp Specialist who is passionate, reliable, and eager to be part of this mission. This role goes beyond a traditional barista position. The ideal candidate will be excited about learning everything related to hemp-derived products, including cannabinoids, their effects, dosing, and product formats, and will confidently educate customers to help them make informed decisions. Your role will be critical in ensuring that every guest receives exceptional customer service and leaves our establishment with a better understanding and appreciation of our products.

The Part-Time Barista and Hemp Specialist will prepare and serve a diverse menu including coffee, tea, mocktails, infused beverages, and more. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the café and retail spaces and ensure that daily operations, such as restocking inventory, opening and closing procedures, and transaction processing, run smoothly. Additionally, you will represent The Health Club at various community events, festivals, pop-ups, and vendor markets, helping to extend our presence and impact beyond the café walls.

This position requires weekend availability and dependable transportation to both the workplace and off-site events. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and thrives both independently and as a collaborative team player.

The compensation starts at $15 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.
