Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work 16 to 25 hours per week including weekends
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on feet for long periods
Strong communication skills
Energetic, friendly, and social personality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be very clean and organized
Ability to restock supplies frequently
Ability to take constructive criticism well
Must be a team player
Willingness to go above and beyond

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year of customer service experience preferred
1 year of barista experience preferred
Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout the shift
Ability to handle criticism constructively and willingness to improve
Preferred food handler certification
Ability to work day and night shifts including weekends
Spanish language skills preferred

Job Duties

Handle money and give change correctly
Provide amazing customer service by talking to and handling customers
Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and make others feel welcome
Lift heavy items such as hot boba pots, boxes, and bags up to 50 lbs
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while being on feet for long periods
Go above and beyond assigned tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization with frequent cleaning
Restock syrups, powders, ice, and other supplies frequently
Collaborate as a team player and communicate well with managers and coworkers
Put away inventory multiple times a week
