We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and personable Cashier to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience by warmly greeting and welcoming customers and creating an engaging atmosphere throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and maintain upbeat, positive conversations with customers, helping to build a strong rapport and encourage repeat visits. This position requires someone who is not only social and outgoing but also able to handle quick-paced work environments, maintain organization and cleanliness, and be physically capable of handling some heavier lifting tasks such as hot boba pots and large inventory items.

As a Cashier, you will act as the front face of the business, managing money accurately, giving correct change, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also be expected to restock supplies frequently, maintain cleanliness standards, work collaboratively with a supportive team, and communicate effectively with management. A go-getter attitude is essential, as you will be expected to go above and beyond your typical duties, embrace feedback constructively, and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and overall operational efficiency.

This position requires availability during both day and night shifts including weekends.
