We are currently seeking a part-time Barista, Kava/Kratom Tender, and Vape Shop Associate to join our expanding team. This multifaceted role involves preparing and serving beverages including kratom, kava, and coffee, assisting customers with vape products and accessories, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized shop and bar area. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service or retail experience, preferably related to kratom, kava, coffee, bartending, or vape products. This position requires not only a strong dedication to customer satisfaction but also the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment.

As a Barista and Kava/Kratom Tender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every order. Your expertise in kratom and kava preparation will help educate customers and enhance their experience, while your knowledge of vape products will assist in guiding customers through product selections and usage. Beyond serving, you will be entrusted with keeping the store and bar area tidy and well-stocked, overseeing inventory accuracy and reordering supplies as needed.

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour and requires flexibility to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training, including a two-week period in Tampa, is provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in this unique position.
