As part of their dynamic team, Infuse Hospitality is seeking a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Barista to become the welcoming face of their café in Addison, TX. Working as a Barista, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by ensuring each visitor receives warm, efficient, and memorable service. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality espresso beverages and other menu items to exact standards, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and efficiently handling operations such as order entry and inventory management. This role involves working closely with fellow team members and serving as an ambassador of the Infuse Hospitalitys brand values. In addition to crafting beverages, the Barista must stay informed about new beverage trends and techniques to continually enhance the guest experience. Job Requirements

  • Valid Food Handler’s Card
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • ability to commute to Addison, TX or relocate prior to start date
  • previous barista experience
  • knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
  • familiarity with Square POS system
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to multitask
  • knowledge of food safety
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure every guest experience is warm, efficient, and memorable
  • accurately take and input orders into the POS system
  • prepare espresso beverages and other menu items to the highest quality and presentation standards
  • maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and brewing techniques to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations
  • operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
  • merchandise display food items attractively and according to brand standards
