We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of beverage preparation and customer service that define our cafe9. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes, operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and payment handling, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe9 environment. Moreover, you will engage with customers to provide outstanding service, accurately take orders, handle cash transactions with basic math skills, and ensure compliance with all food safety standards during preparation and handling. This is a customer-facing role that requires a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The position is available as both full-time and part-time employment, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.00. We provide an in-person work environment where team collaboration is highly valued, and where each member contributes to a positive and productive workplace. This role also includes assisting in inventory management to monitor stock levels of coffee, pastries, and supplies, which ensures the smooth operation of daily cafe9 activities.
