We are currently hiring Baristas to join our vibrant team with an exciting opportunity to deliver world-class service to travelers from all corners of the world. This full-time role involves greeting guests with a warm smile and providing fast, friendly, and memorable experiences by crafting high-quality beverages and food items consistently in accordance with established recipe and presentation standards. The Barista plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive team environment even during busy periods. Responsibilities also include operating cash registers, handling payments accurately, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures

Strong social skills and love to meet new people
Ability to learn new things and pick up new skills quickly
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, policies and rules
Ability to perform basic math skills to accurately count money and make change

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders, answering any questions, calling guests by name and thanking them for their order
Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while also providing legendary service
Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example for the team
Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests, while following all brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost while following operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security
