Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs, with assistance if needed
- Willingness to work in moderate to high noise environments
- Adaptability to work in various weather conditions including heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather
- Availability to work at least 4 days per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Prior barista experience preferred
Job Duties
- Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift
- Operate cash register accepting cash and credit cards
- Advise lead cashier on cash needs and complete change requests
- Set up venue, stock, clean, and maintain sanitized food service area
- Process food and beverage orders and up sell products
- Promote extraordinary guest service
- Follow safety practices and department standards
- Balance cash drawers accurately
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve complaints
- Collaborate with team and management to ensure secure cash handling
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment
- Identify and resolve conflicts professionally
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
