We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Barista to join our team at the Omaha, Nebraska location. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive wage of $18 per hour, designed for someone who is motivated to work diligently while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, the successful candidate will have the chance to engage with a diverse range of customers daily, preparing and serving a variety of delicious food and beverage items. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor. Responsibilities include preparing quality beverages and food items, operating a cash register, and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and welcoming. The position demands excellent task management and organizational abilities, allowing the barista to work independently and juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in retail or food service environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
