This position is a full-time Barista role located at St. Thomas University, with varying shifts and open availability preferred. The pay range is $14.50 per hour to $17 per hour, reflecting the value Sodexo places on quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The Barista will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by crafting high-quality, hand-prepared beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty teas. This role requires a positive and engaging attitude as the Barista interacts with guests, educates them about menu offerings, and promotes additional products. Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista will also handle cash transactions, maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas, and ensure an attractive and efficient service environment.

Physical demands include the ability to walk, stand, lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and handle the physical requirements of a dynamic work setting that may include shifts longer than 8 hours.
