The Barista role at Aramark is a full-time position that gives team members the chance to contribute to memorable customer experiences through the preparation and service of specialty coffee and tea beverages, alongside food items. Baristas are essential members of the team, responsible not only for crafting high-quality drinks that meet brand standards but also for ensuring efficient transaction processing, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing POS/register operations, cash handling, preparing and serving beverages and food, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting the setup and breakdown of the coffee bar and station areas.
