The Barista role at Healthy Living is a guest-focused position based within the front of house Café area, specifically at the espresso, juice, and smoothie bar. Baristas are responsible not only for drink preparation but also for running the cash registers, addressing guest inquiries relating to product ingredients and quality, stocking the bar area, and maintaining day-to-day cleanliness and maintenance standards. Pay for this tipped position ranges from $16.00 to $17.38 per hour, depending on previous experience. The role requires availability to work 3-4 days per week during the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including weekends. This position is based at Healthy Living's South Burlington, Vermont location.
