Job Requirements

  • Previous barista experience required
  • Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation and for long periods of time
  • Ability to carry 50lbs on a consistent basis
  • Reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Preparing, stocking, and maintaining coffee station continuously throughout the day
  • Greeting guests and determining their coffee interests and needs
  • Educating guests by explaining coffee drink menu and answering questions
  • Preparing and serving coffee drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and other food items according to recipes and procedures
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
  • Using cash register, handling cash and payment processing accurately
  • Working as a team, training new team members, and cross-training in other departments
  • Completing weekly inventory and order list
  • Cleaning and maintaining all equipment continuously
  • Performing any other tasks requested by Operations Manager
