As a Barista at Stetson University, you will be a vital part of a fast-paced food service operation committed to quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for preparing espresso and coffee orders using standardized recipes and measures, handling both cash and charge payments through a point-of-sale (POS) system with precision. Your role involves constant attention to service area upkeep, ensuring condiments and supplies are replenished, and that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and organized. To enhance the customer experience, you will display strong knowledge of menu items, engage customers courteously, and facilitate smooth and timely service to prevent delays.
