The LifeCafe Barista position plays a critical role in elevating the member experience by delivering premium coffee and espresso beverages along with friendly, attentive service. The Barista is responsible for preparing drinks according to LifeCafe’s carefully crafted recipes while also customizing orders based on individual preferences. The Barista also ensures adherence to food safety standards and upholds the café’s cleanliness and organization at all times. This role requires physical stamina to frequently bend and lift items weighing over 20 pounds.
