The LifeCafe Barista position plays a critical role in elevating the member experience by delivering premium coffee and espresso beverages along with friendly, attentive service. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and inviting café environment that encourages social connection and relaxation for members and customers alike. The Barista is responsible for preparing drinks according to LifeCafe’s carefully crafted recipes while also customizing orders based on individual preferences. The Barista also ensures adherence to food safety standards and upholds the café’s cleanliness and organization at all times. This role requires physical stamina to frequently bend and lift items weighing over 20 pounds.

Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a barista in a coffee shop
- Servesafe certification within the first 60 days of hire
- Cpr/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Executes coffee and espresso drinks to specification of Lifecafe's recipes and of the member's request
- Ensures cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Provides exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information as needed
