As a Rock Star Barista, you will be an essential ambassador of our brand, creating memorable coffee experiences that keep guests coming back. The position requires a keen eye for detail and consistency in preparing drinks, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Alongside coffee preparation, you will engage guests with menu knowledge, educate them on our offerings, and ensure smooth operation of the station throughout the day. This role also provides opportunities to cross-train with other departments and support your team in training new hires.
