Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in person at the Tacoma location
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in coffee making or willingness to learn
- Experience in baking or culinary arts preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hand-crafted Yemeni drinks and coffee
- Bake and create authentic Yemeni pastries and desserts
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace
- Assist in training new staff members
- Promote and educate customers about Yemeni culture and cuisine
