Currently, Sodexo is seeking a full-time Barista to join its team at the Daikin Goodman headquarters in Waller. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00, combined with a flexible and supportive work environment that emphasizes the importance of work-life balance. The Barista position calls for individuals who can deliver outstanding customer service while crafting high-quality, artisanal beverages that delight customers. As the front face of Sodexo's food service operation, the Barista will greet customers warmly, prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, chai, and fruit smoothies, all tailored to client specifications.

In addition to beverage preparation, the Barista will maintain a clean, well-organized beverage station, educate customers on menu offerings, and promote additional sales through suggestive selling techniques. This role requires a significant amount of walking and standing, often for shifts that may exceed eight hours. Physical demands include the ability to reach, bend, lift, push, and pull, sometimes handling weights up to 50 pounds. The Barista will also be responsible for cash handling, operating a cash register, and adhering strictly to all cash management procedures.
