Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Relevant experience in customer service
Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation
Ability to handle physical demands including walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
Ability to work full-time varying shifts
Punctual and reliable attendance
Capability to follow cash handling procedures
Must be able to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent such as GED
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control systems
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
Some positions may require Starbucks barista certification

Job Duties

Greet all customers and offer quick, friendly, personalized service
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, fruit smoothies according to customer specifications
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure prompt delivery of all drinks and food items
Educate customers about menu offerings and initiate suggestive sales
Organize supplies and cups/mugs in the coffee cart/station attractively
Frequently clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation spaces
Record all sales, handle cash, operate a cash register, and follow cash management procedures as needed
