Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Previous customer service work experience
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control systems
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, often more than 8 hours
- Ability to lift and move items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to attend work regularly and punctually
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling
- Certification for Starbucks Baristas when applicable

Job Duties
- Greet all guests and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc., while considering customer specifications
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of all beverages and food items
- Educate guests regarding menu offerings and initiate suggestive selling
- Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to make attractive displays
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas regularly
- Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash register, and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Walk or stand for extended periods, often exceeding 8 hours
- Reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
