Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality products, cash handling and safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe modifications
- Able to perform different tasks within the store during shifts
