The Barista role with Elior Collegiate Dining, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, offers a full-time, onsite employment opportunity with a compensation rate of $18 per hour. This position is ideal for energetic, motivated individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service and quality food and beverages. Baristas will interact daily with a diverse clientele, offering a friendly atmosphere and expertly prepared food and drink items that contribute to the overall dining experience on campus. In addition to preparing various food and beverage products, the Barista will operate a cash register and engage customers with helpful and friendly interactions, helping to foster a welcoming and efficient service environment.

Job Requirements
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills
- excellent communication and organization skills
- excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
- at least one years' experience working in a retail environment
- willingness to work full-time onsite
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
- basic math skills for cash handling
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
