Job Duties
- prepare stock and maintain your station continuously throughout the day
- greet guests determining their coffee interests and needs
- educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques along with serving pastries sandwiches and other food items
- maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- use cash register accurate cash handling and payment processing
- work as a team with others train new team members and cross train in other departments
- complete weekly inventory and order list
- clean and maintain all equipment continuously
- perform any other tasks as requested by Operations Manager
