This full-time Barista position at Pret A Manger, operating under Empire's management, is a vital role dedicated to delivering the high-quality beverage experience that Pret customers expect. The role is centered around ensuring that all drinks are crafted to Pret's exacting standards, which includes excellent drink quality, efficient counter operations, impeccable cleanliness, and involvement in team training. Being a Barista at Pret means more than just preparing coffee; it involves creating the unique Pret “Buzz” through engaging customer interactions, lively teamwork, and exceptional service.

Baristas at Pret A Manger receive a competitive hourly wage of $18.50, augmented by tips and the opportunity to earn additional bonuses such as the Mystery Shopper Bonus, which rewards outstanding service. A referral bonus of $100 also incentivizes employees to bring talented individuals into the team. The role requires a minimum of one year of barista experience, underpinning the expectation of familiarity with coffee preparation and customer service fundamentals.
