We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly Barista to join our Food and Beverage team. This role is vital as you will be the face of our grab-and-go coffee shop and marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be preparing and serving high-quality Rooted Grounds Coffee beverages, teas, and light snacks to guests efficiently and with warmth. As a Barista, you will engage with guests professionally while handling cash and POS transactions accurately. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment is crucial to providing a welcoming environment that lives up to Marriott’s brand standards and service culture. This position demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
