We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic team as a Barback/Food Runner/Busser. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house operations by ensuring that the service flow runs smoothly and efficiently, particularly in high-paced and bustling environments. The role requires someone who can multitask effectively, stay organized under pressure, and handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from assisting bartenders to clearing tables swiftly and helping deliver food to guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service and demonstrate the ability to thrive in the fast-paced hospitality industry. Working late nights and weekends is a must, as these are the peak hours for the industry. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education
  • Experience in a food service environment preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to handle fast-paced work
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Assist bartenders with preparation and restocking
  • Deliver food orders to tables promptly
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
  • Support servers and bartenders during busy shifts
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
