Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Assist bartenders by replenishing ice, liquor, beer, and other necessary supplies
Clean and maintain the bar area including glassware and utensils
Ensure the bar is stocked and organized at all times
Support bartenders during busy periods to enhance service efficiency
Remove empty bottles and trash promptly to maintain cleanliness
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for daily operations
