We are dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace where teamwork, safety, and exemplary service standards are core values. With a focus on operational excellence, our beverage team plays a vital role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Barback to join our beverage team. This position is central to the success of our bar operations, providing crucial support to bartenders during various large-scale and special events. The Barback is responsible for preparing and maintaining beverage stations, replenishing inventory throughout events, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This role demands a proactive individual who can efficiently manage stock, transport supplies, and assist with kegs and draft beer systems to maximize service efficiency.

The Barback's responsibilities extend beyond stocking to assisting bartenders with event setup, service, and breakdown activities. This includes pouring draft beer and wine when instructed, refreshing ice wells, and verifying that all equipment is clean and operational prior to service. Working in this role requires a flexible schedule due to the event-based nature of the work, including availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, and weekends on an on-call basis.

This position offers an hourly wage range of $16.00 to $18.00 and is tip eligible, providing an opportunity to earn additional income. Part-time employees benefit from a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching contributions, demonstrating our commitment to supporting our team members' long-term financial wellbeing.

If you are passionate about delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, event-driven environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this Barback position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity. It is suited for individuals who are physically capable of managing the demands of the role, including lifting heavy items like beverage cases and kegs, standing for prolonged periods, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Prior experience in barback roles, hospitality, or food and beverage service is preferred but not required. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and an understanding of responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests at all times.

The position will remain open until October 16, 2026, providing ample time for qualified candidates to apply and become part of our dedicated team focused on creating memorable event experiences.
