The role of Barback at OMNIA Skybar is essential in supporting the bar operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The Barback's main responsibilities include stocking and re-stocking all bar inventories and supplies, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas, and assisting bartenders and cocktail servers as needed to provide exceptional guest service. The Barback interacts regularly with guests, fellow team members, and supervisors, always maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor to uphold the venue's high standards of gracious hospitality.

Key responsibilities entail anticipating and accommodating guests' needs promptly, contributing to the timely delivery of food and beverage service, and ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards. The Barback must also handle bar setup, including opening and closing duties such as wiping down surfaces, stocking supplies, and managing waste disposal. This role requires collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments such as Front-of-House and Heart-of-House staff, managers, and chefs to maintain operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality and barback experience, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate physical endurance to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift heavy items up to 75 pounds.
