- Familiarity with food and beverage menus, ingredients, and inventory
Job Duties
- Prepping, setting up, bussing, and breaking down the bar and service areas
- Supporting bartenders and chef with prep work for service
- Running food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Cleaning and restocking bar tools, glassware, dishes, and service stations as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness of bar areas, including ice bins, shelving, mixers, blenders, soda guns, and coolers
- Stocking beer, wine, and other bar supplies throughout service
- Assisting in guest service by occasionally taking food and drink orders
- Notifying a manager if a guest becomes intoxicated or disruptive
- Following all uniform and grooming standards
- Communicating effectively with bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations
