The Barback role at Starwood Hotels is a pivotal position within the beverage service team. As a Barback, you will be an essential support to the bartenders, ensuring the smooth operation of the bar by assisting with all beverage service tasks. This includes setting up the bar area, replenishing inventory, preparing garnishes, managing ice supply, and supporting bartenders during service. This role is designed for individuals who are organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

In this position, you will be expected to assist bartenders before and after service by arranging bottles, glassware, and bar tools, ensuring that every item is in its place and ready for use.
