- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar and bar unit
- Collect empty glasses and wash glassware as necessary
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) system
- Restock bar and designated station with supplies and transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage to comply with health code standards
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
