Pins Mechanical Company is now looking to hire a Barback to join its energetic bar team. The Barback plays a crucial supporting role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area to ensure that bartenders can deliver prompt and memorable service to guests. Working with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, the Barback helps create an atmosphere where guests feel valued and entertained.

As a Barback at Pins Mechanical Company, your responsibilities will include assisting bartenders in greeting guests, managing and replenishing bar stock such as alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, garnishes, and mixers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for tasks such as cutting fruit, preparing garnishes, handling beer kegs, and ensuring ice wells are always filled. Additionally, you will be required to take out trash and recycling, maintain garbage liners, and consistently uphold hygiene standards. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing and walking for extended periods as well as lifting heavy items up to 30 pounds.

The work schedule is flexible, with shifts that may include day and night hours as well as weekend availability. The position offers an 8-hour shift with opportunities for tips and paid training.
