Job Requirements

One year of experience in a full-service restaurant
Experience in bar environments preferred
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand and walk during shifts
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills
Commitment to excellent service standards

Experience working in a bar is preferred
Passion for excellence and superior service standards

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service
Complete opening duties including stocking wine, beer, liquor, ice, service wares, and bar supplies
Work with bartenders and FOH staff to maintain proper bar cleanliness
Wipe and reset bartop between courses
Provide prompt water service
Remove unused service items
Package leftover food
Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests
Create personal connections with guests whenever possible
Address guest needs or concerns promptly
Communicate complaints or issues with food or service to leadership
Observe all safety procedures including food allergy and dietary restriction protocols
Complete closing duties including sidework and cleaning projects
Ensure all Hogsalt steps of service are properly executed
