Job Requirements

  • One year of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Experience in bar environments preferred
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and walk during shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to excellent service standards

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
  • Experience working in a bar is preferred
  • Passion for excellence and superior service standards
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service
  • Complete opening duties including stocking wine, beer, liquor, ice, service wares, and bar supplies
  • Work with bartenders and FOH staff to maintain proper bar cleanliness
  • Wipe and reset bartop between courses
  • Provide prompt water service
  • Remove unused service items
  • Package leftover food
  • Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests
  • Create personal connections with guests whenever possible
  • Address guest needs or concerns promptly
  • Communicate complaints or issues with food or service to leadership
  • Observe all safety procedures including food allergy and dietary restriction protocols
  • Complete closing duties including sidework and cleaning projects
  • Ensure all Hogsalt steps of service are properly executed
