Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift 50 lbs
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
current or ability to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications
prior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred
strong communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Previous barback or bar support experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive motions
comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays required
current Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications or ability to obtain upon hire
team player with strong communication skills and a positive demeanor

Job Duties

Support bartenders during service by restocking spirits, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times
assist with prep tasks including juicing, batching cocktails, cutting garnishes, and stocking mixers
ensure all bar stations are fully set up before service and properly broken down at the end of the shift
remove trash, bar mats, and empty glassware throughout service
follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management
provide excellent internal guest service by supporting the bar team's needs
