The current opportunity is for a seasonal Bar Supervisor to join the Delaware North team at Busch Stadium, playing a key role in the hospitality operations during event days. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, reflecting the importance and responsibility held by the supervisor role. The Bar Supervisor will oversee the bar’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth bar setup and closing procedures, staff adherence to company policies, and an exceptional guest experience. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position
  • previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • no college degree required

Job Duties

  • Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event days
  • ensure that all company policies are followed by team members
  • observe, evaluate, and document job performances of team members
  • order and maintain product inventory
  • complete daily sales reports and reconciliation
  • assist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting
