The Bar Attendant role, also referred to as Barback, plays an essential part in supporting the smooth operation of the bar and lounge areas. Job Duties
- assist bartenders by maintaining supply levels for glassware, mixers, ice, beverage and other needed supplies
- assist with equipment clearing, ware washing, and guest service as needed
- roll silverware and perform cleaning tasks as required
- ensure bar area is clean and organized at all times
- support the overall bar and lounge operations effectively
- provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
- help restock and replenish bar inventory regularly
