Job Requirements
- 1 plus year in full-service, high-volume restaurant management
- 1 plus year bartending experience
- Proven leadership skills

Job Duties
- Scheduling, training, development and oversight of all bar staff
- Maintaining product quality standards
- Observing and enforcing company standard operating procedures
- Addressing bar staff concerns and stressful situations with urgency, dignity and tact
- Ensuring that all bar staff are courteous to customers
- Ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Order beer, wine and liquor
- Assisting the GM with beer selections and cocktail menus
