Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high volume craft cocktail bar
- Knowledge of wine, beer and craft cocktails
- Minimum of 5 years bartending and serving experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with FOH, BOH and management teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in both personal appearance and bar station management
- Friendly and personable demeanor

- Previous experience in high volume, craft cocktail establishment
- Wine and beer knowledge
- Craft cocktail knowledge
- 5+ years of bartending and serving experience preferred
- Must have a personable demeanor, friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Cleanliness in both appearance and station management
Job Duties
- Mindfully serve alcoholic beverages with a keen sense of judgement
- Establish consistent communication with FOH, BOH, the beverage team, and management
- Provide attentive service while anticipating needs
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- Build and maintain good rapport with regular customers
- Offer menu insight and recommendations when appropriate
- Write a weekly schedule for bar staff
- Maintain an orderly and cost efficient inventory of liquor and beer as well as bar supplies
- Schedule draft line cleanings with proper technicians
- Curate spirit selection and lead staff training one sprits/cocktails when appropriate
- Place all liquor and beer orders as well as necessary bar supplies (bitters, citrus, garnishes, etc)
